Ntenga Moses
Executive Director(MA. Human Rights)

Mr. Moses Ntenga is the Founder & Director of Joy for Children, an advocacy & action Center championing the rights of all Children to live peacefully & without exploitation, to benefit from quality free education, to thrive in economic security, and to prosper with access to clean water, good health care, & nutrition.

With many years of experience in community building & engagement, focusing on the strength of coalitions to create change thru inclusivity & diversity, Mr Ntenga led the creation & serves as the co-chair of the 50 member Ugandan National Alliance to End Child Marriage, a response to The Elders’ call to end the practice of child marriage in one generation.

Kabahubya Phiona
Programme Coordinator (BA. Environmental Management)
An enthusiastic, self motivated individual who always strives to achieve a very high standard in whatever is undertaken especially with issues regarding child rights.
She offers the ability to motivate others in embracing child rights and human rights at large, proven leadership abilities with the team environment.
Her strengths includes determination, generosity, consideration for others,honesty,trustworthy, have a good sense of humor and try to see things from other peoples point of view.
Phiona has involved in the implementation of most of the organizations project including but not limited to: community based violence against children, vocational training, child sponsorship, slum projects and general administration work.
She is self motivated and works with minimal supervision. Working with children is the best thing that happened to her.

Nabasumba Sharon
Accounts Assistant (BA. Business Administration- Accounting). I handle work that is finance related and make sure that reports are ready and prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards. I love children and working with and for them is the best thing that has happened to me. Children are a heritage!!!!!

Anena Harriet
Slum Project Assistant (BA Development Studies).
I am a vision oriented person, good at aiming to achieve my intended goals.
My mission is to remain a hard –working and committed person, as well as working well with others in order to attain the values for children,women,
organization and social transformation.

Muganzi Joshua
Legal Officer
I hold a bachelor of laws degree (LLB Hons) from Uganda Christian University Mukono
A post graduate diploma in legal practice from Law Development centre Kampala

Gumisiriza Godfrey
Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
I hold a bachelors’ degree in Development studies from Uganda Pentecostal University Fort Portal and a diploma in Primary Education from Mountains of the Moon University Fort Portal. I provide a dynamic leadership to development and coordination of all Monitoring and Evaluation in the organization

Kahumuza Jeniffer
Area Coordinator Ruwenzori region (Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences). I am passionate about upholding rights and responsibilities of children and raising awareness on child protection.
